CHILLICOTHE – Homeland Credit Union is proud to announce two significant honors received during the recent myCU Mortgage Partner Conference, further recognizing the Credit Union's commitment to serving members and expanding access to homeownership.

Mishion Payne, VP of Lending at Homeland Credit Union, was presented with the Tim Mislansky Belief Award, the highest individual honor awarded by myCU Mortgage. The award recognizes professionals who exemplify dedication, service, leadership, and a commitment to making a positive difference both professionally and within their communities.

In addition to Payne's individual recognition, Homeland Credit Union was named Marketer of the Year by myCU Mortgage in recognition of the credit union's innovative and effective mortgage marketing efforts. The award highlighted Homeland's work promoting homeownership opportunities through initiatives such as the Dream Home Mortgage, a program launched in May that offers qualified borrowers no down payment and no private mortgage insurance requirements, as well as the credit union's participation in myCU's Direct-to-Member marketing campaign and low closing-cost Home Equity Line of Credit offerings.

"These honors reflect the dedication our team brings to helping members achieve their financial goals," said Shayne Poe, CEO of Homeland Credit Union. "Mishion embodies everything we value at Homeland. Her commitment to serving members, giving back to the community, and helping families achieve the dream of homeownership makes her exceptionally deserving of the Tim Mislansky Belief Award. We are incredibly proud to see her receive this prestigious recognition. At the same time, being named Marketer of the Year reinforces our team's commitment to developing innovative solutions that remove barriers to homeownership and create opportunities for the communities we serve."

Homeland Credit Union is proud to offer a wide variety of mortgage loan products designed to meet the unique needs of homebuyers and homeowners. Whether purchasing a first home, refinancing, or tapping into home equity, Homeland's experienced lending team is committed to helping members find the mortgage solution that fits their goals.
