HMS sixth-grader Dylan Boone throws first pitch at Reds/Dodgers game

Hillsboro Middle School sixth-grader Dylan Boone threw out the ceremonial first pitch at the Cincinnati Reds/Los Angeles Dodgers game Sunday, Sept. 23.

Dylan's father, Michael Boone, had entered and won a Reds baseball contest at Walgreens.

Dylan was selected to throw the first pitch and his dad was the catcher. They also attended the Reds' batting practice on the field at Great American Ball Park prior to Sunday's game.  

Dylan is a sixth grader at Hillsboro Elementary.

He is the son of Michael and Joanne Boone of Hillsboro.[[In-content Ad]]
