Hillsboro Police Report

On June 29, the Hillsboro Police Department received a call at 8 p.m. about a tree falling on a vehicle in the 100 block of West Beech Street. Upon arrival, it was found that a Ford Mustang coupe registered to Agnes Monteith of Hillsboro was facing west. During the wind storm, a tree was blown over on top of the vehicle, causing damage. It was also found that a black Mitsubishi Endeavor registered to Melissa Combs of Hillsboro was parked east bound and received damage when the tree branches fell on her vehicle.

 

[[In-content Ad]]On June 30, the Hillsboro Police Department received a call at approximately 1:57 p.m. of a two-car collision in the McDonald's parking lot. Upon arrival, it was found that James Armstrong of Columbus was parked in a parking space and that Cody Ryan Zingery of Leesburg was parked next to him. Zingery was backing from his parking space and struck Armstrong's vehicle. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles received nonfunctional damage.
