On Aug. 16, Robert Ballein of Leesburg, driving a 1995 Ford, was traveling northbound in the 700 block of North High St. when he drove off the right side of the roadway, striking a tree. This caused his vehicle to travel down a bank, doing heavy damage to his vehicle.

Arrests and Citations:

Tracy Shorten of New Vienna, fictitious plates and failure to file application for registration.
