Greenfield Village Council schedules special meeting

A special meeting of Greenfield Village Council has been called for Aug. 28 at 4:45 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers, third floor of city hall, 300 Jefferson St., Greenfield.
The meeting has been called to consider the following legislation:
• An ordinance authorizing and directing the city manager, or his designee, to advertise for bids to lease for agricultural use +/- 175.7 acres of land located in the Greenfield Industrial Park and declaring an emergency.
• An ordinance authorizing and directing the city manager, or his designee, to advertise for bids to lease for agricultural use +/- 11 acres of land located in Ross County, commonly known as Greenfield Farm 4409, and declaring an emergency.
