Fairfield’s Gleadle, LC coaches earn top SHAC girls bowling honors

The Southern Hills Athletic Conference honored the SHAC Girls Bowler of the Year and Girls Bowling Coaches of the Year during the winter sports banquet.

Kara Gleadle from Fairfield was named Girls Bowler of the Year after winning the SHAC bowling tournament with a total of 1,426 pins.

The SHAC Girls Bowling Coaches of the Year were Shawn McLaughlin and James O'Connor from Lynchburg-Clay. The LC team won the SHAC bowling tournament with 9,115 pins.
