June is fast approaching and with that starts the summer feeding program Tiger Bites. Beginning Monday, June 1, Greenfield Exempted Village School District will be serving food at three locations across the district for kids 18 years old and younger.
It’s the fourth year for Tiger Bites, and with the exception of weekends and July 3, lunch and a breakfast for the next day will be served Monday through Friday, June 1 through July 31.
The locations of service each day are the colonnades on Fifth Street in Greenfield from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., the rear parking lot by the playground at Buckskin Elementary from 11:30 a.m. to noon, and the Rainsboro Elementary parking lot from 12:45 pm to 1:15 pm.
Parents and guardians may pick up meals for the children in the household during those times.
There are no applications, but if you plan to pick up a child's meal without the child being with you, please fill out the linked form https://forms.gle/6pbqqFnxMr82Bs9Q8. It helps ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while continuing to serve families efficiently. If you have any questions, please contact Shelley Smith, GEVSD Food Service Director @ 937-981-3410.
