Lynchburg-Clay Local Schools releases policy for free meals during 2025-26 school year
The Lynchburg-Clay Local School District has announced a change to its policy for serving meals for children served under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program for the 2025-2026 school year. This new change will allow all children at all schools/sites to be served meals at no charge.
The ability of the Lynchburg-Clay Local School District to offer this special alternative, called Provision 2, rests upon the success of the school in receiving a completed application for free and reduced-price meals for the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program from each household in the school.
Applications will be furnished by the Lynchburg-Clay Local School District and can be obtained at any of the school buildings, at the board office or online at myschoolapps.com. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
