February 21-28 was National FFA Week. To celebrate, the Hillsboro FFA created a school week filled with fun daily themes. Monday was Camo Day, Tuesday was dress like Mr. Cummings or Miss Teeters, Wednesday was anything but a backpack day, Thursday was twins day, and Friday was FFA Apparel Day. On the Thursday of FFA Week, our members hosted and served lunch for the high school staff and teachers as a thank-you and to show our appreciation for them.

Pulled pork nachos were served along with a side salad and an array of toppings to choose from, as well as sweet tea and iced water. For dessert, chocolate or vanilla cupcakes, cheesecake with a choice of cherry, blueberry, or whipped topping, and brownies. This week we also had Merchants National Bank of Hillsboro donate cookies to all of our members: Thank you!
