Board of Pharmacy publishes updated medical marijuana patient, caregiver numbers for July

The State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy has published updated medical marijuana patient & caregiver numbers for July 2023.

These numbers include:

• 800,682 recommendations

• 384,705 registered patients
— 22,670 patients with veteran status
— 23,682 patients with indigent status
— 1,357 patients with a terminal diagnosis

• 178,709 patients with both an active registration and an active recommendation

• 303,997 unique patients who purchased medical marijuana

• 36,470 registered caregivers.
