Bright Local Schools are thrilled to announce outstanding success in student attendance this year, with Bright Elementary leading the region, Whiteoak JH second in the region and the Bright Local District as a whole topping attendance rates within the region. This achievement is a direct reflection of the dedication, hard work, and relationships our staff build with students daily.
We are excited to announce a significant step in enhancing our security efforts. We have contracted services in partnership with the Highland County Sheriff Office to bring an added layer of protection through a School Resource Officer (SRO) across all Bright Local Schools.
Teachers in the Bright Local School District, along with educators from neighboring districts, recently had the incredible opportunity to participate in a specialized professional development session focused on solar, wind and renewable energies.
