WC’s Tobin ends cross-country career at Division III Championships

Wilmington College’s Noah Tobin represented the Quakers men’s cross-country program at the NCAA Division III Cross-Country Championship Saturday afternoon at the LaVern Gibson Championship Cross-Country Course.
Tobin (St. Mary’s, Ohio/Memorial HS) finished in 56th place with a time of 24:56.3 in a quick race where the winner finished in 24:01.6.
This was Tobin’s second time at the national championship race, as in 2022 he also finished 56th with a time of 25:47.8 in blizzard conditions in East Lansing, Mic.
He finishes his Quakers cross-country career with five wins, with four of those coming this season. During his final season, he was Great Lakes All-Region, First Team All-Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC), the OAC Champion and was named OAC Athlete of the Week four times.
Tobin and the Quakers will be back in action for the indoor track & field season that begins in a few weeks.
