The Lebanon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is currently investigating a single-vehicle fatal traffic crash. The crash occurred May 24 just after 8:30 p.m., on state Route 48 southbound at mile marker 19 in Clear creek Township, Warren County.
Thomas Bernard was born March 17, 1756 at Willis Creek, Cumberland Co., Va. and died June 11, 1833 in Leesburg, Highland Co., Ohio. He is buried in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Leesburg.
