FAC Girls Golf No. 3 match takes place at Hillsboro Elks

The third installment of the Frontier Athletic Conference girls golf season took place at the Hillsboro Elks with Jackson being the top team in the conference event. 

Jackson won with a score of 204, followed by Washington at 213 in second place. Third place went to Chillicothe with a fifth score tie-breaker over Miami Trace as each teams first four golfers had a score of 220 leaving MTHS in fourth. 

The fifth place spot was also a tie breaker as Hillsboro and McClain each had a 230 score with HHS gaining the fifth place spot due to their fifth score. 

Hillsboro’s scores were Rylea Scarberry (55), Brianna Foxx (58), Emarey Schurman (58), Ann Boyd (61), and Ryan Beyersdoerfer (67).

McClain’s scores included Kaylin Sterling in with a 44 score for third place overall, followed by Maguire Ross (58), Reese Roble (61), Temperance Beavers (69), Autumn Uhrig (70), and Joanie Shrout (73).
