Donald Branscome, 67, of Greenup, Ky., died Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2009 at Southern Ohio Medical Center.

Ralph L. Kelch, 84, of Hillsboro, died Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2009 at Highland District Hospital.

Delbert Myron Blazer, 71, of Columbus and formerly of Greenfield, died Aug. 28, 2009 at Isabelle Ridgway Care Center in Columbus.
