Highland County Sheriff’s Report

May 5

A resident of the 7000 block of Highland Trail E. reported telecommunication harassment. This incident remains under investigation.

A deputy responded to the 10000 block of U.S. Route 62 after a report of an elderly female driving southbound having a medical emergency. The deputy located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop on N. High St at Hobart Dr. The driver was identified as a female from Huber Heights who had been reported missing by family members earlier in the day. Family members arrived a short time later and escorted the female back to Huber Heights.

May 6

A resident of the 6700 block of Heather Moor Trail reported a disturbance. After investigation, it was determined several people were involved. All parties were given a warning for disorderly conduct.

Patsy A. Cody, 37, of Wilmington, possession of a fentanyl related compound.

Dylan A. Downs, 27, of Greenfield, assault.

David A. Bennett, 53, of Greenfield, theft, trafficking in drugs.
