The following is the Hillsboro Police Report for July 30.
Robert McLaughlin, 30, of Hillsboro was arrested for assault, aggravated menacing and unlawful restraint.
Jason Homan, 49, of Hillsboro was arrested for failure to appear on a bench warrant.
Kayla Miner, 32, of Hillsboro was arrested for failure to appear on a bench warrant.
Marcus Robinson, 29, of Portsmouth was cited for speed.
