Lady 'Cats fall to St. Joseph Central

The Whiteoak Lady Wildcats continued to score more points than they did one year ago, but they gave up just a few to many Thursday night, as they fell to St. Joseph Central, 58-46.
The road loss for the Lady 'Cats moves them to 0-3 overall this season. They have a record of 0-1 in the Southern Hills Athletic Conference.
[[In-content Ad]]Leading WHS was senior Amber Gorman with a double-double. The senior post player totaled 11 points and 11 rebounds.
Maggie Carr followed with 10 points, and Emma Wardlow finished with eight points. Brittany Luman rounded out the WHS scoring with six points.
The Lady 'Cats got to within seven points of tying the score on two occassions, but not any closer as the game winded down.
WHS was 4-for-13 from the free-throw line.
Whiteoak is scheduled to play again on Thursday, Dec. 12 when they host Ripley.
