State auditors identified more than $328,000 in improper Medicaid payments to four mental health and addiction services providers located in Summit, Cuyahoga and Belmont counties that received public funding, Auditor of State Keith Faber announced recently.

A finding for recovery of $43,011 was issued recently against the former fiscal officer for the Village of Risingsun, who was convicted in 2022 of stealing from the Wood County community, Auditor of State Keith Faber announced.
