Pike County commissioners – Tony Montgomery, Jerry Miller, and Jeff Chaffin – officially signed a proclamation in recognition of Aug. 3-9, 2025 as National Health Centers Week in Pike County.
Union Township in Pike County has been declared “unauditable” for the period Jan. 1, 2022, through Dec. 31, 2023, due to inadequate financial statements and records to complete an audit.
Findings for recovery totaling $3,175 were issued Tuesday, Dec. 26 against former officials of the Pike County Convention and Visitors Bureau over late fees and other improper expenditures, Auditor of State Keith Faber announced.
