WHS offering free computer classes to community

Adult Computer Basics Courses will be offered again this spring at Whiteoak High School. The classes will be taught by the advanced computer applications class and will include an introduction lesson to Microsoft Office 2010 Word, Excel and PowerPoint, along with getting to know the computer components and Gmail.

Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays in April from 10-11 a.m. The first class starts on April 3 and will be held in the high school computer lab across from the high school. Other dates are April 12, 17, 19, 24 and 26.
