Sons of the American Revolution to pay tribute to William Higgins July 31

The Sons of the Revolution, along with members of the Higgins family will honor William Higgins, a Highland County Revolutionary War soldier who is buried in Prospect Cemetery, during a graveside ceremony at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, July 31.
The public is invited to this patriotic ceremony honoring a man who fought for our American freedom, said John F. Higgins of Lincoln, Neb., a great-great-great-great-great-grandson of William and Margaret Higgins.
