Library's teen summer program concludes with 'Surf's Up' party

The 2010 Highland District Library teen summer reading program ended with a Surf's Up party. Everyone went away feeling cool from all the water games. The teens were rewarded with prizes for all their reading efforts. Thanks to our wonderful teens for a successful program.
