Families invited to attend 'Maggie in Magic Land'

Magic Waters Theatre-
On June 10, when "Maggie in Magic Land" takes to the stage at the rustic amphitheatre on Cave Road, it will initiate Magic Waters Summer Theatre's 29th season.
Specializing in family-friendly entertainment, it is appropriate that this 29th season's play is indeed a family show – or as Magic Waters' producer Dave Brizius calls it, "a grandparents' show." He calls it that because it is the kind of show that grandmas and grandpas tend to bring their grandkids to as a special summer treat.
"Maggie in Magic Land," written and directed by Janny Brizius, is presented as a child's fantasy but also includes lots of history and folklore of the area where Magic Waters is located.
Janny says, "Indeed, Cave Holler abounds in history, lots of it pretty exciting stuff."
Super-affordable admission prices to "Maggie in Magic Land" are: Adults, $7; Children, $3.50; and Seniors, $4.
Optional pre-show picnic suppers cost $7.95 + tax for adults or $6.95 + tax for a child's portion.
To experience a fun evening in "Magic Land" along with Maggie, it's a good idea to call ahead at (937) 365-1388 and ask for seats to be held for you. Call the same number for further information or to order pre-show suppers. (The suppers should be ordered one day in advance.)

Magic Waters Theatre is located on the Cave Road, just off of US Route 50, midway between Hillsboro and Chillicothe. Feel free to call the above number for specific directions from your area.[[In-content Ad]]
