David Grover receives Lions International president's award

David Grover was recently awarded the International Lions Club President Certificate of Appreciation. This is the fourth-highest presidential award.
The presentation was held at the recent Lions convention at Southern State Community College in Hillsboro. Dana Biggs, past international director and convention keynote speaker, made the presentation. The award was in recognition of Mr. Grover's help in the expansion of Lions Club membership in the Rocky Fork Lake region.
