Ohio State wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. was one of 10 players selected to the 2023 football preseason honors list, the conference office announced Wednesday morning. A media panel selected the 10-member preseason list, with five representatives each from the East and West Divisions.

Harrison Jr. enters the 2023 season as a leading contender for every major national award. A finalist for last season's Biletnikoff Award and Ohio State's first-ever unanimous All-American at wide receiver, he caught 77 passes for 1,263 yards and 14 touchdowns. That production earned him the Big Ten's Richter-Howard Wide Receiver of the Year award.

His reception and yardage totals are each fourth all-time at Ohio State for a single season and his TD total is tied for second with David Boston (1997), trailing only Terry Glenn's 17 in 1995.

In the biggest games of the year, Harrison Jr. was at his best. In the CFP Semifinals at the Peach Bowl against No. 1 Georgia, he caught five passes for 106 yards and two touchdowns. Earlier in the season at No. 13 Penn State, Harrison Jr. set a career high with 185 yards on 10 catches – all of which resulted in first downs.

The full list of Big Ten preseason honors is as follows:
