The Supreme Court struck down Louisiana’s congressional map Wednesday, ruling that the state relied too heavily on race when it created a second majority-Black district.

I hadn’t figured out what that was about before I heard a big heavy truck engine. The truck came around the building and seemed to be near the container I was in. Next, I heard kind of a squeaky, fluid sound. Then the container I was in lifted off the ground.

The protest party never ceases to amuse. The protest party leaders of the "no kings" nonsense ilk just this week stood and cheered in the U.S. Congress for, of all things, a king. No kings, indeed, Chuck U. Schumer. Why were you celebrating a king? Never mind. It's a rhetorical question.

Help others overcome their troubled hearts. Help them to let God in.

Folks, step out of your "Me Only" orb. It is very true that you are your Creator's prized possession, but you are not the only one.

But respectfully, Pope Leo needs to reconsider allowing the Vatican to serve as a mouthpiece for progressive talking points.

The basic conundrum is this. Rural lands do not consume electricity nor need data centers to the extent the cities do. Why bring this blight out to the country? Put it where it is used.

Bottom line, for the U.S., the future is bright. For our potential adversaries, such as Russia and the PRC, strong storm clouds are on the horizon as they try to compete economically with the U.S. In 2027, the gap between the U.S. and Russia and the PRC will continue to grow as the U.S. becomes stronger, while Russia and the PRC will level off and may even become weaker.

It is time to set a nationwide standard for election integrity. I look forward to continuing to work with my colleagues in the Senate to bring what Ohio has achieved to the rest of the country: making it easy to vote and hard to cheat.
