Thomas E. Sholler, Jr., 43, of Lynchburg, died Thursday, Aug. 4, 2011 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
He was born Dec. 4, 1967 in Wilmington, the son of the late Thomas E. Sholler Sr and Dora (Conger) Sholler, who survives in Reeseville. On Aug. 29, 1992 in Wilmington, he married Sandy Dabe Sholler, who survives.
He had worked as a bricklayer and was a member of the Bricklayers' Union. He was a 1986 graduate of Laurel Oaks.
In addition to his wife and mother, other surviving family members are his son, Thomas E. Sholler III, at home; two brothers, George (Debbie Crowe) Sholler, of Reeseville and Tony (Karen) Sholler, of Reeseville; and several nieces and a nephews.
Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 9, at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry Street, Wilmington with Rev. Scott Cornett officiating. Interment will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington.
Friends will be received from 5-7 p.m. Monday, August 8 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington.
