Theodore David Jett, 71, of Greenfield, died Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2010 at his residence.
He was born May 12, 1938 in Ross County, Ohio, the son of the late William and Stella Jett.
He retired from TI Group Automotive of Washington C.H. and was a former employee of MAC Tool in Washington C.H. and Sabina. He was a 1957 graduate of the Edward Lee McClain High School.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Mae (Duke) Jett; two sons, Ted (Carla) Jett of Greenfield and Dwayne (Vonda) Jett of Chillicothe; two daughters, Lori (Jeff) Barnhart of Bainbridge and Niki (Tobby) Pollard of Washington C.H.; eight grandchildren, Shira (Brian) Wise, Casey Jett, Denman (Kensly) Jett, Jenna Jett, Erika Ralston, Hunter Ralston, Kendall Pollard, and Kerigan Pollard; three great-grandchildren, Kenedi Wise, Kenzie Wise, and Cooper Cantrell; one sister, Mary Wilson, of Leesburg; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Mark Taylor; one daughter, Kimberly Kay Jett; and his stepfather, Delbert Howland.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, 2010 at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield with Pastor Joe Current officiating. Burial will follow at the Greenfield Cemetery. A visitation will be held 4-8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26, 2010.
