Tempest E. “Tempy” Huffman, 69, of Hillsboro, died Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2012 at her residence.

She was born at Clarksville on Feb. 8, 1943, the daughter of the late Raymond and Mary (Urton) Setty.

She had retired from the Randall Company in Wilmington.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald Huffman of Hillsboro; one son, David Robinson of Wilmington; one daughter, Diana (Ronald) Bauer of Wilmington; one step-daughter, Pam (Tony) Newkirk of Hillsboro; one step-son, Jerry (Joy) Huffman of Texas; one brother, Bud (Barbara) Setty of Clarksville; two sisters, Cindy (David) Vonderhaar of Lebanon, Debra Shattuck of Blanchester; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 2, 2012 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Burial will follow in the Dunkard Ridge Cemetery.

Friends may call on Saturday evening from 5-8 p.m. at the Thompson Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
