Scott L. Rhoades, 38, of Cincinnati, formerly of Hillsboro, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012.
He was born Feb. 13, 1974 in Wilmington, the son of Gerald Rhoades and Dorothy Stanley Rhoades.
Scott enjoyed music and car racing and was a graduate of the Hillsboro High School class of 1992.
Survivors include his parents, Buck and Dorothy Rhoades of Hillsboro; four brothers, Mike (Teresa) Clark of Lynchburg, Randy (Marilyn) Clark of Sardinia, Jim (Stephanie) Rhoades of Hillsboro and John "Weasel" (Teresa) Rhoades of Winchester; three sisters, Susan (Ronnie) Miller of Tennessee, Geraldine (Harvey) Carter of Sardinia and Janet Bradford of Leesburg; a special friend, Lori Young, of Cincinnati; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. No visitation is scheduled.
If desired, memorial contributions may be directed to the donor's favorite charity in Scott's memory.
