Ruth Helen Smith, 58, of Mowrystown, died Thursday, Feb. 11, 2010 at Heartland of Hillsboro.
She was born Tuesday, Aug. 7, 1951 in Kentucky, the daughter of the late Robert Eugene Hill and the late Ruby Hipshire Hill.
Surviving are her husband, Jimmie D. Smith; son, David Lee Fuson; two sisters, Darlene Hill and Eloise Juillerat; two brothers, Sevestel Hill and Gedston Hill; nephew, Michael (Melissa) Faul; great-nephew, Christian Faul; great-niece, Courtney Faul; and great-nephew, Cody Faul.
Friends will be received 12-2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16 at the Edgington Funeral Home in Mowrystown with funeral services following at 2 p.m. with Jim Tipton officiating.
Interment will follow in the Mowrystown Cemetery, Mowrystown, Ohio.
Contributions may be directed to the funeral home to help the family with expenses.
