Rickey A. Carmean, 43, of Chillicothe, died Thursday, March 3, 2011 at Westmoreland Place in Chillicothe.
He was born March 6, 1967 in Highland County, the son of Pearl Carmean, Jr. and Donna Jean (Swift) Hilterbrand.
He was a dough press operator until he became disabled.
He is survived by his father, Pearl Carmean, Jr. in Hillsboro; his mother and stepfather, Donna and Charlie Hilterbrand of Greenfield; two half-sisters, Amy Jo Donohoe of Washington C.H. and Angela Kay (Jason) Smith of Wilmington; maternal grandmother, Ruby Swift of Greenfield; a special aunt, Shirley (Eldon) Carroll of South Salem; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; and a special friend, Alean Sever of Chillicothe.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Pearl Carmean, Donna Carmean, and Homer Swift.
Services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, March 5, 2011 at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield with Pastor Wayne Combs officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Frankfort. A visitation will be held 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Saturday.
