Ralph C. Shelton, 69, of Hillsboro, died Sunday morning, May 6, 2012 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. 

He was born Feb. 15, 1943 in Hillsboro, the son of the late Delbert and Isabelle (Colville) Shelton.  

He was service manager for both the Hillsboro Manufacturing Company and the G. Fordyce Company for many years.   

He is survived by two sons, Rick Shelton and Joe (Jenny) Shelton, both of Hillsboro; three grandchildren, Heather Nicole Shelton, Paij Shelton and Brooke Shelton; and two sisters, JoAnn (Berlin) Blair of Hillsboro and Sue Shelton of Florida. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 44 years, Brenda J. (Mullins) Shelton, on March 22, 2005.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. There will be no visitation. The Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro is serving the family.
