Nick L. Haynes, 55, of Washington C.H, died Saturday, April 28, 2012 as a result of an auto accident.

He was born July 28, 1956 in Washington C.H., the son of the late Andy and Betty Cox Haynes.

He worked in construction with the Ken Meyer Construction Company.

He was a 1974 graduate of Miami Trace High School.

He is survived by four brothers, Jerry (Lora) Haynes of Washington C.H., Steve (Rhonda) Overly of Washington C.H., Terry (Becky) Overly of West Virginia, and Mike (Betty) Overly of Washington C.H.; two sisters, Marsha (Carl) Phillips of Washington C.H. and Vicki (Larry) McGuire of Chillicothe; one niece, Amber Haynes of Washington C.H.; two nephews, Jeremy Haynes of Lebanon and Jerry Haynes of Washington C.H. and several other nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Nick’s life will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 2 at 7373 Robinson Road, Washington C.H. There will be no visitation.

The Turner & Son Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the family.
