Myrna Eleanor Clements, 90, of Nederland, Colo., died Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012 in Boulder, Colo.
She was born May 5, 1922 in Clinton, Mo., the daughter of the late Robert and Docia Carpenter Stroup.
Mrs. Clements had been a telephone operator for the Highland District Hospital, had co-owned and operated the D & M News and Novelty in Hillsboro for several years and had worked at the High Street Market and managed the Red Door Tavern in Chillicothe.
She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Wisecup of Rising Sun, Ind. and Marcia Clark-Smith of Nederland, Colo., five grandchildren, Patrick (Patti) Griffith of Elko, Nev., Heather (Shane) Wisecup-Park of Chillicothe, Bailey Clark of Nederland, Colo., Courtney Wisecup of Rising Sun, Ind. and Ashton Smith of Nederland, Colo.; three great-grandchildren, Ashley Park, Joshua Park and Daltan Taylor; one great-great-grandson, Michael Park; and one sister, Paula Jean Elswick of Grovetown, Ga.
Memorial services will be held at a later date that will be announced.
