Mary E. Keim, 75, of Hillsboro, died Friday, Jan. 20, 2012 at her residence.
She was born Dec. 30, 1936, near Berlin, Ohio, the daughter of the late Emanuel E. and Naomi (Coblentz) Shrock.
She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
She is survived by her husband, Albert W. Keim, whom she married Dec. 29, 1960, living in matrimony 51 years and 22 days.
Also surviving are seven children, John (Densi) Keim of Gallipolis, David (Verba) Keim of Leesburg, Rachel (Ben) Byler of Greenfield, Esther (Ivan) Yoder of Leesburg, Ruth (Raymond) Raber of Greenwich, Paul (Susan) Keim of Greenfield, and Laura (Mose) Glick of Fredericktown; 52 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are three brothers and one sister.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Leander A. Keim, who passed away July 31, 1984; three brothers and one sister.
Services will be 9 a.m. Monday, Jan. 23, 2012 at the David Troyer and Reuben Raber residences. Bishop Chris Kaufman will officiate. Burial will follow in the Amish Cemetery.
