Mark Hayward Huffman, 55, of Hillsboro died Friday, Sept. 14, 2012 at his home.
He was born Sept. 11, 1957 in Wilmington, the son of William and Gretchen Fullerton Huffman of Hillsboro.
Mark had been an International Service Agent for Airborne Express and DHL. He was a member of the Hillsboro First Baptist Church and was an avid fisherman, a wonderful father and loved the outdoors.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two daughters, Megan (Ben) Reno and Molly Huffman of Hillsboro; two grandchildren, Jase Huffman and George Reno; one brother, Scott (Letitia) Huffman of Metuchen, N.J.; two nephews, Nicholas Huffman of Cincinnati and Matthew Huffman of Metuchen, N.J.; and the mother of his children, Melody Gilbert of Hillsboro.
Services will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18 at the Hillsboro First Baptist Church. Pastor Josh McFarland will officiate. Friends may call on Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. at the Hillsboro First Baptist Church.
