Larry Kieth Powell, 59, of Greenfield, died Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at Hearth & Care of Greenfield.
He was born June 26, 1950 in Highland County, the son of Loren Kieth and Irma (Mottie) Powell.
He was an auto body repairman. He was an avid music fan with a strong appreciation for the Beatles. He loved fishing, mushroom hunting, the Cleveland Browns, and NASCAR.
He is survived by three sons, Brien Kieth Powell, Rick (Angie) Powell, and Shaun (Tammy Powell), all of Greenfield; one daughter, Tracie (Frank) Rudeck, of McConnelsville; eight grandchildren; mother, Irma Powell, of Greenfield; two sisters, Debbie Powell of Leesburg and Felicia Powell of Greenfield; one nephew; one niece; friend and brother-in-law Joe Cowman of Greenfield; and best friend Mike Brown of Greenfield.
He was preceded in death by his father, Loren Powell.
Services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, March 29 at Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield with Pastor Wayne Combs officiating. Burial will follow at Gilboa Cemetery in New Petersburg. A visitation will be held from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on Monday before the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family, c/o Murray-Fettro Funeral Home, 380 Jefferson St., Greenfield, OH 45123.
