Kenneth L. Naylor, 78, of Hillsboro, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, Aug. 14, 2025.  
 
He was born July 11, 1947 in Hillsboro, the son of  the late Donald Leroy and Wilma Lenore Redkey Naylor.
 
Ken was a lifelong member of the Hillsboro Church of Christ. He was a member of Highland Lodge 38 F & AM. He was a graduate of Hillsboro High School in the class of 1965; was a veteran of the Ohio National Guard; owned and operated Naylor's Heating & Air for 45 years and before that had retired from General Motors with over 30 years of service. He enjoyed fast motorcycles, boats and cars and spending time with his family and friends.
 
Surviving are his wife, Joyce Naylor, whom he married April 20, 1968; four children, Kevy (Rob) Jones, Kyna (Lyle) Baylor, Dana (Jared) Scott and Nick (Kristi) Naylor. Also left to mourn his passing are 10 grandchildren, Alayna Jones, Alicia (Tyler) Robinson, Sidney (Zachary) Lankford, Jack Scott, Alexa (Matt) Sparks, Ethan Baylor, Spencer Baylor, Paige Naylor, Riley Naylor and Addison Naylor; and one great-grandchild, Arthur Lankford.
 
In addition to his parents, Ken was preceded in death by his sister, Sharon Workman.
 
Services will be held at Hillsboro Church of Christ, Saturday, Aug. 23 at noon with Jim Bush officiating.
 
Friends will be received at Hillsboro Church of Christ Saturday, Aug. 23 from 10 a.m.-noon.

The Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home is serving the family.
 
Contributions in Kenneth's memory may be made to the Hillsboro Church of Christ or Community Care Hospice.
