James J. "Jim" Thomas, 77, of Greenfield, died Friday, Sept. 30, 2011 at his home.

He was born Nov. 2, 1933 in Clinton County.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Thomas; two step-sons, Jeffrey W. Morris and Vincent K. (Elisabeth) Morris; one brother, Samuel Thomas; and one grandson, James Morris.

He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.

There will be no visitation and a private ceremony will be held for family only.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Anderson-Ebright Funeral Home, Greenfield.
