James L. Harvey, 62, of Mowrystown, passed away Saturday, July 31, 2010 at his residence .
He was born Sept. 24, 1947 in Cincinnati, the son of the late Philip J. Harvey and Frances L. (Burns) Harvey .
Survivors include his sister, Diane Overstake of Hillsboro; two nephews, Scott Overstake of Mowrystown and Brandon Overstake of Mowrystown; two great nieces and one great nephew, Mikkiah, Kearstyn, and Dakota.
Services will be held at the Mowrystown Presbyterian Church, Thursday, Aug. 5 at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Mark Mong officiating. Interment will follow in the Mowrystown Cemetery in Mowrystown.
Friends will be received at Edgington Funeral Home in Mowrystown on Wednesday, Aug. 4 from 6-8 p.m.
