His joy in life was his family and he had a passion for adventure and loud music.
He was born Dec. 2, 1948 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Phyllis; two daughters, Dawn Mohr of Spokane, Wash. and Shannon (Thad) Michael of Fairfax, Va.; and grandson Brandon Mohr of Spokane.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at Real Life Church in Hillsboro. Pastor Skipworth will officiate.
The Turner & Son Funeral Home, Hillsboro, is serving the family.
