Jack Martin Oxley, 15 weeks, of Hillsboro died Friday, June 1, 2012 at his home.

He was born Feb. 17, 2012 in Wilmington, the son of Leonard and Brittany Willey Oxley of Hillsboro.

He is also survived by his two sisters, Hallie Oxley of Hillsboro and Samantha Oxley of England; two brothers, John (Jade) Oxley of England and Joe (Jenny) Oxley of England; maternal grandparents, Owen and Angie Willey of Hillsboro; paternal grandparents, Edward and Brenda Oxley of England; maternal great-grandmother, Kate Hilterbran of Hillsboro; two aunts, Lynda Brewis of England and Karen Eversole of Kentucky; and two uncles, Richie (Mina) Willey of Hillsboro and Mike Jennings of Hillsboro.

He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents, Amos Hilterbran and James and Grace Willey; and his paternal great-grandparents, George Frederick and Doris Guyver and Tim and Lily Oxley.

Services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, June 9 at the Hillsboro Church of Christ. Rob Shoaff will officiate. A reception for relatives and friends will follow.
