Inez Bloomfield, 75, of Seaman, died Saturday, Dec. 24, 2011 at her residence.

She was born in Grayson, Ky., on April 9, 1936, the daughter of the late Orville and Opal (Fisher) Burchett.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Paul Holbrook who died on Dec. 8, 1998.

She is survived by three sons, Danny Holbrook of Kentucky, James and Sue Holbrook of Kentucky, and Rex Bloomfield of Seaman; three daughters, Inetta Queen of Cincinnati, Darlene Schlabach of Seaman, and Rachel Sturgill of Mason; two brothers, Herman Burchett of Kentucky and Ottis Burchett of Kentucky; two sisters, Easie Chandler of Winchester and Wilma Parker of Peebles; 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Services will be Saturday, Dec. 31, at 2 p.m. at Tranquility Full Gospel Tabernacle Community Church with Mike Cornelius officiating.

Friends may call on Saturday from 1-2 p.m. at the church.

Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles is in charge of the arrangements.
