Glen Hewitt, 73, died Sept. 15, 2012.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth Hewitt.

Also surviving are five children, Lisa Frey, Julie Frentzel, Thomas Hewitt, Robert Hewitt, and Susan Diesman; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, Sept. 18, at 6 p.m. at the Williamsburg United Methodist Church.
