Gideon Allen Michael Hixson, 5-week-old son of Michelle Hixson of Mowrystown, died Monday, Nov. 21, 2011 at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
He was born Oct. 14, 2011 in Dayton.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his maternal grandmother, Lillian (Dennis) Frank of Mowrystown; one uncle, Allen (Heather) Hixson of Lynchburg; one niece, Adrieane Hixson; two nephews, Jayden and Hunter Hixson and several great-aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Arthur Hixson.
Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 25 at the Westboro Cemetery. Garrell Florence will officiate. The Davis-Turner Funeral Funeral Home is serving the family.
