Franklin Leroy Rosell, 81, of Hillsboro, passed away Friday, Feb. 17, 2012 at his residence.

He was born Feb. 1, 1931 in Ypsilanti, Mich., the son of Cecil Chester Rosell and Mary Naomi Kemp Rosell.

According to Mr. Rosell's wishes, he will be cremated. No services are scheduled.

The Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home of Hillsboro is serving the family.[[In-content Ad]]
