Esta K. McGraw, 72, of Greenfield, passed away Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012 at Hearth and Care Rehabilitation and Nursing in Greenfield.
She was born on Feb. 5, 1940 in Columbus, the daughter of Albert and Kathryn (Maple) Doughty.
She was owner/operator, along with her husband, of McGraw’s Restaurant and Bakery in Greenfield.
She is survived by six daughters, Chris (Robert) Cramblit, Patricia (John) Cross and Dianna J. Crago, all of Greenfield, Donna (Bob) Midlam of Greenfield, Cindy McGraw of Empire and Kathryn Highley of Kansas; four sons, Roger McGraw of Washington C.H., Wilbur L. (Betty) McGraw, Jr. of Florida, Robert McGraw of Greenfield and Ronald A. (Amy) McGraw of Washington C.H.; one sister, Cathy (Martin) Cramblitt of Cardington; 35 grandchildren; and 41 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur Lewis McGraw, on Feb. 25, 1994; one daughter, Debbie Davis; three brothers, Harry, Jim and Chester Doughty; two sisters, including her twin, Pat Ellis, and Effie Meek; three grandsons, Louie Moon, Brandon and Zachary Hill; and both parents.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012 at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield with Pastor J.D. Stevens officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenfield Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
