Edward Eugene Rarden, 70, of Columbus, passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus.

He was born June 15, 1941 in Leesburg, the son of Reuben and Mildred R. (Larkin) Rarden.

He is survived by one sister, Joyce Orr of Hillsboro; and one uncle, Joel Rarden of North Fort Myers, Fla.

He was preceded in death by both parents.

Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in Greenfield Cemetery. There will be no visitaiton observed.

The Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield is serving the family.
